Seller is not responsible for improper use of its products, and end ~ users are strongly advised to consult an engineer / as to the proper specifications / & equipment additions for individual structures.

Therefore, You can Use our Equipment for Any Type of Work at Height (or) At Depth ... You can Weld, Paint, Insulate ~ (Do) Anything you Need to Do. In the Case of Welding ~ our #1510 Basket~Rescue~Safety~Work~Positioning Chair / with our *99* System Tackle Tool-Kit / is not a Bosun's chair, although, it is occasionally nick-named as such. Our Official Name is as listed in the sentence above & on our price sheets. The proper short name is a Work Positioning Chair with Lifting~Lowering~Suspension Tool-Kit.

All Our Equipment and Products Meet or Exceed the Requirements of O. S. H. A., (The Occupational Safety & Health Administration / Division of the U.S. Department of Labor), A. N. S. I., (The American National Standards Institute), and the N. F. P. A., (The National Fire Protection Act), on the Date of Shipment from the point of Manufacture. Including the New A. N. S. I. Z359.3 & Z359.4 ~ 2007 that is Scheduled to go into Effect on October 15th, 2007. UPDATE: As of November 24, 2007 the Following Parts of Z359 have been put into effect: Z359.0, Z359.1, Z359.2, Z359.3, (or) Z359.4 ~ All of Our Equipment Meets / Exceeds / and Complies with These New Standards. For Additional, (Plain ~ Speak), O. S. H. A. Info ~ See Page Eight, about a third of the way down.

WARRANTY & RETURN INFORMATION:

All ISE products are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, and will be replaced or repaired without charge upon inspection by ISE at their office or factory / warehouse / shop / disclosing that there was no misuse or alteration which, in the judgment of the Manufacturer, has affected the condition or operation of the product. All, and any implied warranties imposed by law in connection with the sales of any ISE products are also limited in duration to a period of one (1) year. ISE expressly excludes and shall in no way be liable for any consequential damages arising out of any breach (of) implied or written warranties on sales of any ISE products.

RETURNS: Before returning any Item(s) ~ Please Call us for a *Return~Authorization~Number* = (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN. Any products returned Must be Received in our Shop within 10 days of sale (or) shipping to the original customer. Item(s) must be shipped to us by the Original Customer. Further ~ all products must be complete ~ with all parts / *Unused* & In The Original Packing ... Any Decision on a Refund / Credit / or Return of the Equipment (to the Customer) ~ Is solely at the Discretion of I. S. E. ... and is final. Any evidence we find of the use of non I. S. E. parts / [or] / components will make a refund Impossible. In no case will we accept the return of Ropes ... There is NO Way We can Detect Rope Contaminations, and there is NO way to test used rope for tensile strength ~ without breaking it.
